Responsibilities will include a variety of office duties to include cash handling, accounts receivable verification, assistance with accounts payable process. Assist with collecting and verifying contracts in preparation of posting to daily charge sheet, and assist in answering general HSC Accounting phone while attending to occasional questions from customers. The student worker will also be entering, checking, recording, and submitting the journal to accounting for HSC billing. Responsible for the reconciliation of credit card settlement report to daily cash receipt deposit detail.
The position requires mathematical aptitude, accuracy and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. This individual must possess the adaptability to handle frequent changes and interruptions in work flow. This position requires attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills. Good attendance is required. This is a security sensitive position.
Pay Rate: $ 8.50/hour
