The Graphic Designer functions as part of the Campus Dining Marketing Team. This position reports to the Social Media, Marketing and Graphic Design graduate assistant. The Graphic Designer will design and print materials for the department as well as assist in coordinating marketing and public relations activities for the department.
Must be an undergraduate student at NIU enrolled for at least 6 credit hours. Must have and maintain a cumulative 2.0 grade point average (unless an Academic Probation Work Permit is submitted and approved).
Must be in good standing with the Office of Community Standards & Student Conduct. Available to work throughout the 2017-2018 academic year (employment during holiday breaks are optional). Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Experience with Microsoft Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional team work skills. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to learn fast and pick up new skills quickly. Self-directed with excellent time management skills.
