Job Description

1. Assists in the filing and retrieval system of general office records, student records, and academic files. 2. Answers the telephone and takes messages for all Project staff. 3. Assists in the coping of all general office records, student records, follow-up information, letters, forms, invoices, and other documents as assigned. 4. Assists in the typing of various assignments. 5. Complete other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 1:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Must have good organizational skills and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable with and effective working with a diverse and multicultural population of staff and students. Must pass a felony background check.

Pay Rate: $ $8.65 - $8.95
