The Data Assistant provides vital assistance to the University Advancement’s Data Management team by completing regular daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as well as many special projects. This position involves data entry in addition to web research, analysis, and logic. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and good judgement will be very important to be successful in this position.
Proficient Excel experience is required. Previous experience in a clerical/business office is required. Must possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written communication. The ability to work 15-20 hours weekly is required.
Pay Rate: $ 9.25

The availability to work over academic breaks is preferred. Work hours are flexible during business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30. Working over summer break is required.
