Job Description

The Field Crew Aid will work in conjunction with the Athletic Training Department to adequately provide the needs of the NIU student athletes during practice and competition. The Field Crew Aid will report directly to the Head Football Athletic Trainer. Responsibilities will include: Field setup of water, Gatorade, and ice for practice and games. Providing essential hydration to student athletes. Observing practice conditions and student athlete safety. General upkeep of hydration equipment. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must be enrolled in college courses at Northern Illinois University. Must be able to pass a background check performed by Northern Illinois University. Must be able to stand for extended period of time. Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Must be available for various shift times, which could include nights and weekends.

Pay Rate: $ $8.25
