RESPONSIBILITIES

The person in this position is responsible for technical support for web page development and database management utilizing the above skill set. The person must be able to work under supervision of lead programmers to prepare quality code for use by project team, responsible and dedicated to completing work tasks on time, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. This is a 20 hours per week position.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Demonstrated knowledge of data base programming in SQL server, along with knowledge of web programming in .NET. Responsible and dedicated to completing work tasks.

  • Sound understanding of database programming concepts

  • Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server

  • Experience with TSQL coding, Views & Stored Procedures

  • Experience with data import/export, SSIS or any other ETL tool is a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS

Preference will be given to candidates majoring in computer-based programs (e.g. Computer Science, OMIS). Job experience in private sector is a plus.
