Create Offer Letters

Instructions
Find the appropriate Offer Letter and click on "CREATE LETTER".

If you wish to add additional statements just use the check boxes to the right of the statement to display the messages in the letter automatically.

Offer Letter for Regular Supportive Professional Staff

After creating your letter go to the "File" menu and select "Save As..."

Select the file type and location in which you wish to save the document and click "Save".

Note that Word will open HTML and Text files. You can also copy and paste the text from the letter into your document.
