Job Description

The Data Management Assistant position is responsible for maintaining the biographical content of the alumni and donor database. Responsibilities include completion of scheduled tasks and special projects to ensure records are accurate, current, clean and complete. Heavy web research, reading, comprehensive record analysis and data entry are involved.

Job Requirements

Seeking highly responsible, analytical and detail-oriented FIRST OR SECOND YEAR UNDERGRADUTE STUDENTS who possess strong initiative, excellent judgement and problem-solving abilities, data entry proficiency, a good work ethic, dependability, confidentiality, good oral and written communication skills, and exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Students who enjoy reading, puzzles, brain-teasers and problem-solving excel in this position. Previous clerical or similar job-related experience is preferred. Must be available to work 20 hours during semesters and 25 hours during breaks within office hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
