RESPONSIBILITIES

The person in this position is responsible for technical support for webpage programming utilizing the above skill set. The person must be able work under supervision of lead programmers to prepare quality web code for review by project team, able to meet project deadlines, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. This is a 20 hours per week position.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Demonstrated knowledge of web programming in .NET, familiarity with building and maintaining data bases. Responsible and dedicated to completing work tasks.

  1. Demonstrated experience in web programming using ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, and others.

  2. Experience in responsive web design and development.

  3. Good understanding of Object oriented programming (OOP).

  4. Basic understanding of writing SQL Queries, Stored procedures/PLSQL, Indexes.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Preference will be given to candidates majoring in computer-based programs (e.g. Computer Science, OMIS, ETRA). Job experience in private sector is a plus.
